Meditation

We all seek peace because our minds are mostly restless. Meditation focuses on one point to calm the mind.

The pursuit of happiness is also deeply rooted in human nature. Unfortunately, it is futility to think that happiness can be achieved through external possessions. Our minds can give us short-term peace of mind when we acquire things, but we will always want more to be satisfied.

It is, therefore, preferable to direct the search for happiness inward. There are meditation techniques for this and it has been shown to be particularly suitable in the Western world because it is suitable for everyday life.

The founder of this meditation is the American scientist Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn, who wanted to help people fight stress and diseases that arise in today's civilization. He developed the MBSR method in the late 1970s. Mindfulness-based stress reduction is now used in many clinics around the world as an integral part of the treatment of stress-related psychosomatic illnesses and can also be practiced at home.

Let your thoughts go... Accept what is...

Accept your feelings and live yourself.

I'll tell you something: There's a solution within you that's closer than you think — a tool that's so simple it's often overlooked. Your breath !  (Clara Wolf, breathing therapist)
