1987: Certified teacher of gymnastics at the State Sports School of LSB Berlin.

Training seminars in breath – voice and movement at the Freie Universität Berlin Breath Therapy at the Ilse Middendorf Institute Berlin.

Expertise in various creative techniques:

a) Expressive dance

b) Experimental dance with dance teacher Anna Grass

c) Theatrical improvisation

At the end of 1987 she moved to Crete and in the following years worked in the hotel industry (sports animation) and as a physical education teacher at the private primary school "Korai High School", in Heraklion.

2012: Training as a Pilates teacher at VHS Norderstedt

2014: Certification as a pelvic floor therapist

2019: Course in MBSR meditation according to John Kabbat Zin
